Is the cover removable and washable?

Yes. The organic cotton cover is removable. Wash it in cold water and dry on a low setting, since organic cotton shrinks with heat.

Do I need to flip the mattress?

No. You sleep on the top, dome-shaped surface only.

Will it get firmer in cold weather?

No. The mattress keeps the same feel whatever the temperature.
