What it is and how we monetize it. Six quick screens. Scroll down.
As always, all images and language can be changed as needed.
The objective. Put Emily at the counter of adult stores, get paid for it every month, and turn their shoppers into Emily's audience.
A monthly kit stores can use right away. Under development.
5-minute staff lessons. Short videos and a quick quiz, so staff can answer the common questions.
An "Ask Emily" QR stand. Shoppers scan it and ask Emily their question.
A window sticker. "Our staff is trained by Emily Morse. Ask us."
A staff pin. "I was trained by Emily Morse."
New every month. Content gets batch-produced, so the kit refreshes on its own.
Distributors sell it for us. First goal: get in the door at Nalpac. They offer SWE for Stores to their stores as a monthly add-on.
Nalpac pays us monthly. They keep whatever they charge on top.
Not tied to one distributor. Stores buy from more than one, and so can we. Any exclusivity should be short and narrow, and a lawyer reviews it.
We own the content and the emails. Always.
Shoppers scan and ask Emily. Asking takes an email, so every question brings us an email plus what that person cares about.
The questions feed our content. Podcast, newsletter, site and the Store.
The emails can fill our events. Webinars, workshops, live shows and BSET.
Tour stops can follow the stores. We plan live dates around where participating stores are.
Launch promo with Nalpac. One of their stores wins Sex Toys 101 with Emily Morse, live in their store.
Trade press tells store owners. Releases go to XBIZ and StorErotica.
