1. Eligibility for Returns

For health and safety reasons, opened or used sexual wellness products (unless defective or damaged) are non-returnable. We accept returns/exchanges of sexual wellness products only in the case of a damaged or defective product. 

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged sexual wellness product, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of delivery. We will provide assistance and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return due to a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@sexwithemily.com to report the issue. Include your name, order number, product details, and description of the defect or damage. We may require photos of the product to finalize the refund/return.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with any necessary instructions.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Upon finalizing the return process, we will process your refund of a damaged/defective item within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
