Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled within 2-4 business days from the date of order placement. The order placement cut-off timeline is 11:59PM PST. We use third-party drop-shipping vendors to fulfill our orders from multiple warehouses in multiple locations across the United States. For this reason, orders with more than one (1) item may ship in separate packages from separate origins. Our partners will always make the best possible effort to consolidate items into one single shipment and to dispatch from the warehouse nearest to your shipping destination.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods*:
- 2 Business Days
- 3-5 Business Days
- 4-8 Business Days (FREE for order totals of $99+ in the contiguous United States)
Our vendor partners may use any of the following transportation carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS. Tracking number formats may vary from shipment to shipment, and you may receive more than one tracking number for orders with more than one (1) item.
*Please note that some specialized items may be excluded from these standards shipping rates and times based on item weight and size and/or federally-regulated product components or ingredients.
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently we ship to the contiguous United States of America, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Free shipping for orders of $99+ is eligible for shipping destinations in the contiguous United States only at this time.
4. Packaging Discretion
We understand the need for discreet packaging within our category. Our vendor partners make the best effort to keep your exterior shipment packaging as nondescript as possible to protect your privacy.
